In order to confirm the booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the amount due within 7 days.
Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free with a 100% refund of the deposit.
After 30 days before arrival, the full deposit will be&nbp;retained.

Interim cleaning is possible by arrangement and price agreement
Pets are in principle permitted, but we kindly ask you to inform us about it in advance. There are very good opportunities for exercise directly outside the house. Charges may apply.
Smoking is not allowed throughout the house, however, in the garden and on the terrace it is permitted
The villa has a private, covered parking area for two cars with an electric gate

Location & Arrival

By car:
arrival via the motorway to Peschiera del Garda, then to Pacengo or to Affi and then via Cavaion or Colá to Pacengo. In the countryside there are several small roads that lead to Pacengo. And again and again you will see something new on the different roads (vineyards, wineries, olive trees, old farms, villages, …)
By train/long-distance bus:
by train or Flixbus to Peschiera, then by bus to Pacengo. About 5 minutes walk from Pacengo A/B bus stop and Gardaland bus stop in the other direction.
By plane:
to Verona airport and from there by bus to Garda about 30-40 minutes
